ESTABLISHED IN 1993

 

Tenth Floor St James Hall Chambers was formed in 1993. The floor consists of eleven members, including three Senior Counsel and eight members of varying seniority. Currently, we also have two licensee members based on or associated with the floor.

Tenth Floor St James Hall Chambers has a strong tradition of commercial law practice, with all barristers specialising in commercial areas. Additionally, a number of our members are also recognised as experienced advocates in other areas including but not limited to administrative law, disciplinary proceedings, equity, personal injury, and taxation and revenue.

  Philip Bambagiotti   Having been admitted to the Bar for over 20 years, Mr Bambagiotti has expertise in all aspects of building, engineering and construction law, as well as all aspects of commercial law and insurance areas related to these. Mr Bambagiotti is also a registered member in several international courts.

  Sandrah Foda   Ms Foda has been at the Bar for 18 years. Within that time has forged a strong,  broad commercial practice focusing largely on building & construction, insolvency, real property, partnership disputes, contractual disputes, Corporations Act, Trade Practices Act, intellectual property, conveyancing disputes, taxation and wills & probate.
