Tenth Floor St James Hall Chambers was formed in 1993. The floor consists of eleven members, including two Senior Counsel and nine members of varying seniority. Carol Webster SC is the Head of Chambers.

Tenth Floor St James Hall Chambers has a strong tradition of commercial law practice. Additionally, a number of our members are also recognised as experienced advocates in other areas, including but not limited to, administrative law, disciplinary proceedings, construction, equity and taxation and revenue.
