Wen Wu practises in intellectual property, including copyright, patents and trademarks. On 31 March 2020, Wen delivered a presentation to the University of NSW on recent cases on intellectual property injunctions and damages.
Wen’s presentation covers injunctions in general form, the balance of convenience in interim/interlocutory injunction applications, an examination of a copyright damages claim, a case involving discount for uncertainty; price depression as well as other additional damages.
